Do you Need to Include a Return Postage with your ATF Form 4 for the ATF to Mail you your Approved Tax Stamp?
by National Gun Trusts
No, you won't need to include any prepaid postage or return postage when you send your paper ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, or ATF Form 5 application to the ATF. The ATF will cover the postage cost to mail you or your FFL the approved tax stamp paperwork. The ATF won't send your approved tax stamp with a tracking number, so the there is no way to track your approved tax stamp if the ATF has indicated that your tax stamp was approved and mailed to you or your FFL.
