ATF eForm's Mainly Offline
The ATF is preparing the new eForm site to allow for the free tax stamps on transfers, making SBR's among other changes. New ATF eForm 1 and ATF eForm 4 applications are offline until January 1, 2026. But with the update, not all of the ATF eForm's are offline. The below ATF eForm's are still online:
- ATF Form 2 (5320.2)
- ATF Form 3 (5320.3)
- ATF Form 5 - For FFL's (5320.5)
- ATF Form 6 Part 1 (5330.3A)
- ATF Form 6a (5330.3C)
- ATF Form 9 (5320.9)
- ATF Form 10 (5320.10)
- ATF Form 11 (5300.11)
- ATF Form 20 (5320.20)
