ATF eForms Offline Starting December 26th, 2025

Changes are coming to the ATF eForm's site to allow for the $0 tax stamps.  There is not an exact timeline when the paper ATF Form's will be revised, but we have to imagine that will also be taking place on or before January 1st, 2026.

If you need to submit any tax stamp applications or use the ATF 5320.20, ATF eForm 3, etc. you will have until December 25th to do so.  The ATF eForm's site will be under maintance until the site comes back live on January 1st, 2026.
