.EFT File Error - ''T4_FGP" and Unsupported Field 2.74.1.1

If you are receiving - Code: 1021 | Description: Unsupported Field 2.74.1.1 - Code: 1007 | Description: Illegal value (code) found Field 'T4_FGP', you will need to have the .EFT File corrected. If you have an .EFT File editor, you can edit the file to fix the these errors.  The issue with these errors reside within the FGP /  Finger Position portion of the .EFT File.  We have seen this error come up when the thumbs (right and left) scanned images are scanned in as a single image.  The single image of the thumbs will actually need to be split up and added to each respective finger position within the file. If you are getting this error and unable to edit your .EFT File, we can help you with our .EFT File Change Service.
