The ATF has been adding an "Approved with Conditions - See Conditions on the Last Page of PDF" that relates specifically to the engraving the firearm as a maker on ATF Form 1/eForm 1 applications.
The approval condition is MAKER MUST MARK THE FIREARM IN COMPLIANCE WITH 27 CFR 479.102. This approval condition is simply reminding you as the maker of the firearm that you will still need to have the firearm engraved with the maker's information. For a gun trust applicant you will need to engrave, your gun trust name, city and state. For an individual applicant you will need to engrave, your name as shown on the approved tax stamp, city and state.
