.EFT File Error - Invalid File Type Please upload valid file
If you are receiving the - Invalid File Type Please upload valid file error you are most likely uploading the .EFT File on the Electronic Documents train stop and not on the Responsible Persons train stop. The Electronic Documents train stop page is used to upload additional electronic documents that are needed for your tax stamp application, e.g. gun trust documents, state or local permit, 24 month exception document, etc but not the .EFT File. The .EFT File is tied to the responsible person(s) within the tax stamp application, so it needs to be uploaded on the Responsible Persons train stop. To correct this error, you would need to upload the .EFT File on the Responsible Persons train stop instead.
