ATF eForm 1 FINAL RULE - Tax Exempt Approved "Tax Stamp" Example

Approvals are now coming through for the ATF Form 1 FINAL RULE Tax exempt applications. If you receive an approved ATF Form 1 FINAL RULE Tax exempt application, you may notice that it is laking a green tax paid tax stamp.  That is correct.  Since the application is tax exempt, there will not be a physical tax stamp on the approved paper ATF Form 1 FINAL RULE Tax exempt applications or a digital tax stamp on approved ATF eForm 1 FINAL RULE Tax exempt applications.  Shown below is an example of an approved ATF eForm 1 FINAL RULE 2021R08F Tax exempt application.
