ATF Releases eForm Industry Testing Site

eForm Industry Testing Site

ATF is pleased to announce the release of the eForms Industry Testing Site (eForms ITS).  The site is intended to allow members of the NFA industry to test their systems in anticipation of eForms changes necessitated by the implementation of system changes to the National Firearms Act effective January 1, 2026. The eForms ITS site is separate from the actual eForms site. To differentiate the sites, users of the ITS site will need to reset their password using the “Forgot Password?” link.

The URL for the eForms ITS site will be accessible at the following link:

https://eforms.pilot.atf.gov/login;referrer=%2Fhome.

eForms ITS users are reminded that the following conditions will apply to the system:

  • This is a US Government system; malicious actions are a violation of the eForms Rules of Behavior and will result in access denial. Any unlawful activity may result in further enforcement.
  • This TESTING environment is designed for our Industry users to provide ATF with testing feedback.
  • Any detailed bug reports and feedback should be reported to ATF at industry.testing.feedback@atf.gov. Please include the name of the company, the eForms username, eForms ID of the submission in question as well as a detailed description of the issue to include screenshots and any error codes. The initial bug reports (minus any submitter information) will be posted to the FAQ section.
  • No application submitted into this testing environment will be acted upon.
  • No application submitted into this testing environment will be migrated over to the production environment.
  • Industry users must not submit any personal identification information (PII), e.g., real names, social security numbers, dates of birth, etc. as test data into the production environment. The submitter of PII data into the testing environment will assume all risks associated with such data being exposed.
  • All data submitted into the testing environment will be scrubbed upon the production environment going live.
  • Access to the testing environment will be removed after industry members have had a meaningful opportunity to submit feedback and before the production environment goes live.
  • If an FFL or EIN was associated with your eForms account in the production environment after October 9, 2025, it may be necessary to request new associations WITHIN this testing environment.
