ATF Updates the ATF eForm's Site - March 2024

The ATF took the eForm's website offline for a few days at the end of February.  Many parties online speculated that the ATF's eForm's site was going to be closed.  Our internal thought was that the ATF was going to update the forms within the eForm website to match the paper revisions that took place in February 2024.  The ATF eForm's site is back online as of this posting.  The only change that we can find at this time is that the ATF is deleting draft applications after 90 days.  This not only means that your old draft folder will be purged in 90 days, but if you have a draft that you are intending to use, you will only have 90 days to take the draft to a submitted application. We will update this page if more updates are found.

The update can be found in the below image indicating that, "* All draft NFA forms (Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10) that remain in draft status will be deleted 90 days after creation."  This is also prominetely displayed in red when completing an application.
