No, you can't. The .EFT File can't be changed after it has been created. The .EFT File is validated when uploaded to your ATF eForm 1 or ATF eForm 4 application. You would need to have another .EFT File created if you need to change any of the information that is within the .EFT File. Most common changes that are made are a change to the name and address. Other significant changes to your hair color, weight, etc. could also warrant a new .EFT File to be created.
