However, you will need to have your gun trust purchased, notarized and uploaded to your Silencer Shop account before Silencer Shop can complete and submit your ATF Form 4 paperwork to the ATF. This can be helpful if you find a silencer or NFA firearm on sale at Silencer Shop, you can order the silencer or NFA firearm and still add your gun trust to your order at a later time.
