Do you Need to Notify the ATF that you Restated your Gun Trust?

You can restate your gun trust to change the terms, parties involved, the governing county/state and for other reasons that aren't listed.  Much like amendments,  you don't need to notify the ATF that you have amended or restated your gun trust, until you apply for a new tax stamp.  You will only need to send a copy of your current restated gun trust to the ATF when you are applying for a new tax stamp.  The restated gun trust becomes your current gun trust, meaning when you apply for a new tax stamp, you will only need to send a copy of your restated gun trust and any executed amendments at the time of application.  The previous version of your gun trust doesn't need to be sent to the ATF.
