Do you Need to Send the ATF Your ATF 5320.20 in Duplicate if Emailed or Faxed?

You can mail, email or fax your ATF 5320.20 to the ATF.  The ATF 5320.20 indicates that you will need to submit the ATF 5320.20 in duplicate.  But does that apply for emailing or faxing in the ATF 5320.20?  No, it doesn't.  You will only need to submit the ATF 5320.20 in duplicate to the ATF if you are sending your ATF 5320.20 to the ATF via mail.  Below is the fax and email information. 

"The ATF 5320.20 can be submitted via facsimile to the NFA Division at (304) 616-4501 or may be scanned and emailed to NFAFax@atf.gov." -ATF 5320.20
