Does the Photo still Come on the Back of Approved Tax Stamps?

When you apply for your ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, or ATF Form 5 tax stamp, you and any named responsible persons, if applicable, will need to submit passport photos into the ATF.  When you receive your approved tax stamp back from the ATF does the photo still come on the back of the approved application?  This all depends on how you applied for your ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, or ATF Form 5 tax stamp.  When you apply for a tax stamp as an individual you answer the "Transferee Questions" or in the case of the ATF Form 1 the "Maker’s Questions" on the ATF form that is being submitted to the ATF.  This means you will affix your passport photo to each copy of the ATF forms that are sent to the ATF.  When you apply as a gun trust or legal entity your passport photos are affixed to the ATF 5320.23 paperwork that is sent to the ATF in conjunction with the application form.  Since the applicants who are applying as a gun trust or legal entity affix their passport photos to their ATF 5320.23, the photo will not come on the back of their approved ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, or ATF Form 5.  If you applied as an individual however, you will have your photo affixed to your approved ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, or ATF Form 5 paperwork.  In summation, if you apply as an individual for your tax stamp, you will have your photo affixed on page 2 of your approved application.  If you apply as gun trust or legal entity, your photo will not be affixed to your approved application.
