Electronic Signatures aren't Allowed for ATF 5320.23 When Using the ATF eForm 1 Application

When you are applying for an ATF eForm 1 tax stamp, you will need to upload the ATF 5320.23 if you are applying using a gun trust or as a legal entity.  However, the ATF 5320.23 that you upload to your application has to be an original signature.  You can't use a digital signature or signature font to sign the name of the responsible person.  If you attach your ATF 5320.23 using a digital signature, the ATF will send you a correction email and you will need to go back into your application and reupload the ATF 5320.23 that has an original signature.
