How to Find Your PrintScan .EFT File Appointment

If you can't find your PrintScan appointment or need to manage your PrintScan .EFT File Appointment, you can use the guide below.  The Manage your appointment page will allow you to resend your appointment email, cancel your appointment, and provides you with your appointment information. 

Step 1: Find Your Appointment

You will start by finding your appointment here.  If your appointment ID starts with SC, you will click the SC-XXXXX box and if your appointment ID starts with PS, you will click the PS-XXXXX box. Your appointment ID can be resent to you if you are unable to find your appointment ID

Step 2: Find Your Appointment - Appointment Details

Fill in your Appointment ID, this can be found in your appointment email, Last Name, Date of Birth, complete the I'm not a robot reCaptha box and click Find Appointment.

Step 3: Manage Your Appointment

Here you can find your Appointment Information including: first name, last name, email, phone, appointment location, appointment date/time, appointment type, status and capture type.  You can also resend your appointment email here, cancel your appointment and see a map of the LiveScan location.
