How to Identify the CLEO Copy of your ATF Paperwork

When applying for a tax stamp with the ATF, you will have three copies of the paperwork.  You will have the "ATF Copy", "ATF Copy 2 - To Be Returned to Registrant", and the "CLEO Copy.  You can identify the different versions of the paperwork copies by looking at the footer of each page.  This is where you can identify which version is the "ATF Copy", "ATF Copy 2 - To Be Returned to Registrant", and "CLEO Copy".  The version will be centered in the footer of the form and written in red.  See below examples.  The below examples are taken from the ATF Form 4, but they are similar to the ATF Form 1, ATF eForm 1 that is emailed to you, and ATF Form 5.
