How to Make Changes to Silencer Central Gun Trust

Many companies online will bundle gun trusts with their sales, which includes Silencer Central.  Silencer Central offers a free gun trust with silencer purchases made through them.  They will create your gun trust on your behalf and use it with your tax stamp application.  However, if you need to make changes to the gun trust they created for you, you won't be able to make the changes directly with Silencer Central at this time.  That might change in the future.  In the meantime, if you need to amend your gun trust to change your co-trustees, successor trustees, beneficiaries, county/state that your gun trust was created in, you will need to use a third party service to amend and restate the gun trust to make the changes that you need to make.

We offer a gun trust restatement service that is used by many Silencer Central customers to amend their gun trust after their tax stamp was approved.  The process to restate the gun trust is quite simple.  You can simply order the gun trust restatement service below.  Upon purchasing your gun trust restatement service, you will be able to complete the form indicating how you want to restate your gun trust.  After that form is completed, you will receive a new restated gun trust with the changes made.  The last step, would be to have the gun trust notarized, signed and dated with a notary.  The restated gun trust will be executed after it is notarized. Your restated gun trust will also include amendments that you can use to amend the gun trust in the future easily and the restated gun trust can be used with your future tax stamp applications.
