When you apply for a ATF Form 4 using the ATF's eForm website, the ATF will send you a completed copy of the form to submit to your CLEO and have for your records. However, there is no CLEO copy in the attached form, like the ATF eForm 1 has. Until this is fixed, you can simply send the CLEO the ATF copy of your ATF eForm 4 and CLEO copies of your ATF 5320.23 (if applicable).
