Moving with more NFA Firearms than the ATF 5320.20 Allows For
by National Gun Trusts
If you are moving and want to permanently transport your NFA firearms to the new address, you can do so using the ATF 5320.20 - 5320.20 Application to Transport NFA Firearms. The ATF 5320.20 only allows for three NFA firearms per form. This means if you have more than three NFA firearms that you want to permanently transport, you will need a ATF 5320.20 for each grouping of three NFA firearms that you have. You may need to allow one to three months for your approved ATF 5320.20 to be mailed to you. Below are the mailing instructions for the ATF 5320.20. We also, have an ATF 5320.20 generator that might assist you in the creation of your ATF 5320.20's - ATF 5320.20 Generator.
