In the included photo the ATF gives the denial reason for using services that advertise that they can complete your ATF eForm 1 or ATF Form 1 on your behalf and will be disapproved by the ATF. This means that you will need to reapply, wait the average of 32 days again and get a refund from the company that offered the ATF eForm 1 service that you paid for.
