Third Party Submissions are Not Authorized for ATF eForm 1's

Third party submissions for ATF eForm 1's are not authorized for ATF eForm 1 applications.  In the included photo the ATF gives the denial reason for using services that advertise that they can complete your ATF eForm 1 or ATF Form 1 on your behalf and will be disapproved by the ATF.  This means that you will need to reapply, wait the average of 32 days again and get a refund from the company that offered the ATF eForm 1 service that you paid for.  Services like the Silencer Shop's "ATF Form 1 Service" will be denied by the ATF if you use that service, other ATF Form 1 services that promise to apply for a tax stamp on your behalf will be disapproved as well. Our ATF eForm 1 service walks you through the process on your computer and will be approved by the ATF.
