Where can you own and use silencers/suppressors for hunting purposes?

To do this you can purchase one of our ATF Approved National Gun Trusts below. What is left? You will need to fill out the ATF Form 4 and the Responsible Person's Questionnaire for any active member in your gun trust, this typically is the settlor and any co-trustee.
