Where do I mail my ATF Form 4 or ATF Form 1?

When you are submitting your NFA Firearm paperwork, either the ATF Form 1 or the ATF Form, it is important to mail these forms to the correct address.  There are a few addresses on the internet for the ATF.  Below however, is the correct mailing address of the ATF.  

Mail your BATFE paperwork and a copy of your NFA gun trust to:

National Firearms Act Branch
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
P.O. Box 5015
Portland, Oregon 97208-5015
