If you have received an approved ATF eForm 1 tax stamp application, you might notice that the red footer indicates that the approved tax stamp says "ATF Copy" in red. When you apply with a paper ATF Form 1, you will receive in the mail an approved tax stamp that has "ATF Copy 2 - To Be Returned to Registrant" in red. This can cause some confusion. For approved ATF eForm 1's the ATF will only send your approved .PDF tax stamp to your email address that says "ATF Copy" in red in the footer. This is completely normal and isn't an issue.
