ATF Distribution Center Now Has Updated Form 4's, Form 5's, etc
The ATF updated the ATF Application forms early this year [February 2024] which included the ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, and the ATF Form 5. Since the revision took place in February, the ATF Distribution Center was still sending out outdated forms that would ultimately be denied by the ATF. We have been checking with the ATF Distribution Center monthly since February to see when the updated forms would be available. We were excited to finally hear and physically receive updated ATF Form's from the ATF Distribution center.
If you need physical ATF paperwork: ATF Form 1, ATF Form 4, and the ATF Form 5 you can now order from the ATF's distribution center and receive updated forms.
