ATF eForm 1 - Additional Responsible Persons Button Greyed Out

You may need to add multiple responsible persons when applying for a tax stamp using the ATF eForm 1 with a gun trust, corporation or other legal entity. But you may experience a greyed out "Add Responsible Person" button. This can be frustrating because there is no indication or error showing why the "Add Responsible Person" button is greyed out.

The "Add Responsible Person" button is greyed out until you have completely filled out the first responsible person’s information. To do that you will locate the last column in the table labeled Actions. You will click the paper and pencil icon to complete the first responsible persons information. After that has been completed, the "Add Responsible Person" button will become selectable and a new row will be added to the table. You will then click the paper and pencil icon to complete the second responsible persons information and so on.
