The ATF eForm 4 appears to be coming as promised. The ATF eForms website is down for maintenance as of Friday December 17th. You can view the outage message by simply going to theATF's eForm website. There was some speculation that the ATF eForm 4 was not going to happen and was hyped up. It appears as of now that the ATF is coming through with their promises. The ATF eForms website should be down until Tuesday, when the site is set to come back online. See below outage image.
