ATF eForm Certification Issue with Cadence (Jr., Sr., II, III, etc)
by National Gun Trusts
The ATF is addressing an issue with the ATF eForm's site and the certification process with applicants that have a name cadence. Applicants with a cadence, e.g., Jr., Sr., II, III, IV, etc. are unable to certify their ATF eForm 1, ATF eForm 4 and ATF eForm 5 tax stamp applications. The ATF is working on a fix for this issue, but there is no timeline for the fix to be implemented. Applicants with a cadence who are receiving an error when certifying may need to wait until the ATF has implemented a fix.
