We have created an easy to follow flow chart to help assess which ATF application you will need to use to apply for your tax stamp.  We have also included the paperwork that is required for the respective ATF application this includes the ATF Form 1, ATF eForm 1, ATF Form 4, and the ATF Form 5 and covers applicants who are applying as an individual, with a gun trust or as a legal entity.
