Can an .EFT File be Added Later for an Already Submitted Application?

No, you can't retroactively add your .EFT File to a pending application after you have submitted an application.  In order to use the .EFT File with your tax stamp application, you will need to add it to the responsible persons page at the time of application.  For pending applications, you can withdraw your application and reapply if you are looking to use the .EFT File in lieu of sending physical FD-258 fingerprint cards to the ATF.
