Do you Need a Color Passport Photo for Your ATF Applications?

When you apply for a tax stamp with an ATF application as individual, as a gun trust or as an entity you are required to submit a passport photo in with your application for each responsible person (if applicable). But does the submitted passport photos need to be in color?  The answer is yes.  The ATF requires that the submitted passport style photos be in color.  You can use local passport service companies to create your passport photo for you or you can use our simple passport photo creation service here.
