Do you Need to Attach your Passport Photo to the ATF 5320.23 for the ATF eForm 1 Application?
When you apply using the ATF eForm 1 system, you will need to submit your ATF 5320.23 form by uploading it to your ATF eForm 1 application. For your ATF 5320.23 form, do you need to digitally add your passport photo to the ATF 5320.23 form before uploading the form to the eForm site? The answer is no. On Screen 3: Responsible Persons - You will upload a copy of your signed ATF 5320.23 form and you will also upload your passport photo separately. You can see the photo below showing the two separate upload sections for the ATF 5320.23 form and your passport photo. Note: The ATF 5320.23 form will only need to be uploaded to your ATF eForm 1 application if you are applying with a gun trust or as a legal entity.
