Do you need to upload the ATF 5320.23 Instructions when applying using the ATF eForms site?

The ATF 5320.23 is used when the applicant is a gun trust, corporation or other legal entity and is used to submit the personal information of the responsible persons within the gun trust, corporation or other legal entity. Within the ATF 5320.23 .PDF there are the ATF copies, CLEO copies and instructions. When applying for a tax stamp using the ATF's eForm website, you would only need to upload the ATF copies of the ATF 5320.23. You won't need to upload the CLEO copies nor the instructions of the ATF 5320.23. The instructions can be discarded and you are responsible for sending the CLEO copies of the ATF 5320.23 to your CLEO.
