Does Restating your Gun Trust Change your Gun Trust Name?

When you restate your gun trust you can the terms of the gun trust, parties involved, the governing county/state, etc.  But when you apply for future tax stamps your gun trust name won't change.  If your gun trust name is "Mike Smiths Gun Trust" your restated gun trust might be named "Restatement of Mike Smiths Gun Trust, "Mike Smith Gun Trust as amended and restated", or a different variation.  Your gun trust name when applying for new tax stamps, will still be "Mike Smiths Gun Trust".  Previously approved tax stamps won't need to be changed name wise either, as your gun trust name hasn't changed.
