To reset your PIN number for your ATF eForm account, you would first need to log into your ATF eForm account. From there you will click the My Profile tab located in the top menu and then click Password / PIN / Security Question Maintenance tab.
Under the Forgotten Pin, you can click here to create a new pin. This will require you remembering your security question answer. If you don't remember your security question answer you can contact the ATF help desk at 1-888-283-6427. You can also update your PIN in the previous screen if you already know your PIN and want to change your PIN to a different 4 digit number combination.
