Incomplete Trust Name Disapproval

Your ATF tax stamp applications disapproval, "Incomplete Trust Name" means that the trust name on your ATF Form doesn't match your uploaded trust name.  The disapproval example is shown below.  When applying for your tax stamp application, you will need to make sure that your name matches what you enter in the on the ATF's eForm 1, ATF eForm 4 or ATF Form 5 application. If the trust names do not match, your application will most likely be disapproved and you will need to reapply.
