What is the Average Time for your Approved Tax Stamp to Arrive?
by National Gun Trusts
If you are applying using the ATF Form 1 or ATF Form 4 or the ATF Form 5, the
average time for your approved tax stamp to arrive at your SOT dealer (the executer if applying using the ATF Form 5) is 1 to 2 weeks. However, it could take up to 30 days for your SOT dealer (the executer if applying using the ATF Form 5) to receive your physical tax stamp. If you have applied using the ATF eForm 1 system, you won't receive a physical tax stamp. Your approved tax stamp will be emailed to you and attached in that email.
