When you are using the ATF eForm's website, you are able to use the "Ask the Experts" feature for questions, help, etc. When the experts reply back to your questions, you won't receive a response to your question on the eForm's website. Instead, you will receive an email from the ATF. You can also reply to that email to ask more questions instead of going back into the eForm's website to reply back.
