Where Do you Upload your .EFT File on an ATF eForm 1?

You will upload your .EFT File on Screen 4: Responsible Persons of the ATF eForm 1 tax stamp application. The Electronic Fingerprints upload section is located underneath the Photo upload section and above the SSN section as shown below:
