Who Signs the Signature of Official Taking Fingerprints if you are Making your Own Fingerprint Cards?
On the FD-258 fingerprint cards the 'SIGNATURE OF OFFICIAL TAKING FINGERPRINTS" will be signed by yourself, if you are making your own fingerprint cards. If another party is taking your fingerprint cards then they will sign that field.
