Create ATF .EFT files with our .EFT Fingerprint File Service.  Digital fingerprints are captured at a participating UPS Store and then emailed to you after completing your appointment, usually within minutes.  The created .EFT file can be used with your ATF eForm 4 tax stamp applications and ATF eForm 1 tax stamp applications.  The .EFT File can be used for multiple tax stamp applications.

When purchasing this service, there will be no additional fees from the fingerprinting site or UPS Store to have your .EFT File created.

Each order comes with one .EFT File, if you need two .EFT Files for another responsible person, you would need to order two .EFT Fingerprint File Services.

We will contact you after ordering to schedule your appointment at your local UPS store to capture your fingerprints and create your .EFT file.  We will be getting the information that goes into the .EFT File over the phone, e.g. place of birth, date of birth, sex, race, social security number, etc. Appointments require two forms of ID.*

Created .EFT files are sent typically after the fingerprinting appointment has been completed, but can take up to 1 to 3 business days to emailed after you have completed your appointment. You will only have 24 hours to download the file once the .EFT File email is sent.  You aren't able to download the file from a mobile device.  The file will need to be downloaded from a computer.  NICS uses special software to open the .EFT file and you won't be able to open the .EFT file unless you have a .EFT file viewer.  .EFT files can't be altered after they are created.  Any changes would require a new .EFT file or changing the .EFT file with our .EFT file change service
