Does your NFA Gun Trust have annual reporting fees or filing fees?

No there are no annual reporting fees associated with your NFA Gun Trust.  There aren't any filing fees to create and establish your NFA Gun Trust and the NFA Gun Trust.  The NFA Gun Trust also isn't required to have annual meetings, like other legal entities might require.  You will only need to submit the $200 tax to the ATF when the NFA Gun Trust applies for a tax stamp.  It is worth noting that applying as another legal entity like a corporation may require to pay annual reporting fees, annual reports, filing fees, etc.
